United Philly Brewery is home to a diverse brewery team. One team member that offers some much-needed diversity to the craft beer scene is the female flavor matchmaker, Neina Lee.

“Some said the nicest thing to me recently, ‘look at you, breaking pint glass ceilings.’ I would have been equally as happy being asked to just toast a pint!”

Neina Lee, who started her career in the restaurant industry spent her early 20’s selling already-made products to customers. Now, this unique opportunity allows her first-hand conversation and knowledge of customers’ wants from the on-premise sales perspective. Customers can expect to see Lee’s culinary passion in her brewing fusions, such as the use of herb and fruit flavoring such as mint & blueberry or rosemary & raspberries.
